✅ Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item was delivered damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery
🕒 Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items used, worn, or showing signs of wear (e.g., dancewear, flooring)
- Customized or special-order products
- Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable content
📦 How to Request a Return
- Email our support team with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if damaged)
- We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll:
- Approve your refund to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days), or
- Issue a replacement or store credit
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Refund time varies by provider but usually completes within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
🌍 International Orders
- International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
