Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item was delivered damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery

🕒 Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used, worn, or showing signs of wear (e.g., dancewear, flooring)
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable content

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team with your:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos (if damaged)
  2. We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll:
    • Approve your refund to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days), or
    • Issue a replacement or store credit

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Refund time varies by provider but usually completes within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

🌍 International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier to ensure safe return
